Megan Imbert, host of The Frequency of Courage podcast is on a mission to help inspire and cultivate change in the world. She is a seasoned high tech marketing professional with experiences at some of the largest global firms including Cisco, Symantec, Forcepoint & SailPoint. She was responsible for growing brand awareness, thought leadership & revenue in highly competitive markets.

Prior to working in tech, Megan distinguished herself at the Washington NFL team, where she earned an Emmy Award for her outstanding producing & editing within the in-house production department.

Megan has been recognized with multiple awards and honors for her achievements professionally & impactful community engagements including: the National Women’s Law Center Trailblazer of the Year in 2023, the 2019 Loudoun County Young Professional Community Leader of the Year, “Loudoun 100” honoree in 2017, Loudoun 40 Under 40 honoree in 2016, the National Capital Area Leukemia & Lymphoma Society 2nd Runner Up for the Woman of the Year fundraising competition raising funds for two critical cancer research grants & a founding leader of the Loudoun County Commission for Women & Girls in 2018.

Megan is also a published freelance writer delving into topics like missing & exploited children & human trafficking. Her commitment to shedding light on pressing societal issues underscores her dedication to making a meaningful difference in the world.

In 2020, Megan chose to put her courage into action & was an on-record whistleblower in exposing the toxic workplace environment under former Washington Commanders owner, Dan Snyder. She participated in over 80 press interviews, multiple investigations including Congress & continues to be a fierce advocate for women’s empowerment and the National Women’s Law Center.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in media technologies with a minor in marketing from King’s College (PA) where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She resides in Austin, Texas with her beautiful rescue pit bull named Sky. Megan is dedicated to inspiring and empowering others through conscious leadership & helping others reach their highest potential.
